46 riders came across to Nettleton for the 4th round of the club championship, only 2 riders managed to keep clean sheets, both riding the Expert Route, Mick Ash out on his Ariel and Tom Laycock on the Bantam held their nerve all day to win their respective classes. Rob Caunt on the Expert Unit Class missed out by 1 mark of making it a hat trick of 3 class winners on 0 marks lost, giving up his single dab to the very tricky section 5, which proved to be one of the biggest mark takers of the trial. The Intermediate Route was won by Paul Kirkby, definitely getting to grips with the big AJS and the Clubman Route was won by Richard James on his very standard 500 Ariel.
A big thank you to all the riders and observers who came across to Nettleton and perhaps we should all thank Mark who gave up his ride to man section 3, which proved to be the highest and windiest section of them all.
